All international recruitment, visa processing, and emigration clearances are legally handled through our authorized partner, Taj HR Services (License No: B-3252/DEL/PER/1000+/5/11251/2025), approved by the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India.
2. Zero Placement & Registration Fees for Candidates
Mahad Employment Services operates on an employer-funded recruitment model. We do not charge registration, interview, or placement fees to jobseekers or candidates. Candidates must not make unofficial or unauthorized payments to any individual or intermediary. Any statutory charges, where legally mandated by government or embassy procedures (such as passport issuance or GAMCA medical examinations), must be paid directly to authorized centers and supported by official government receipts.
3. Candidate Obligations
Candidates must provide accurate and complete information during the recruitment process. Submission of false or misleading information may result in immediate disqualification and cancellation of any pending applications.
4. Employment Disclaimer
While we strive to match every candidate with suitable opportunities, engagement with our services does not guarantee employment. Final hiring decisions rest with the employer.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Mahad Employment Services and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
Mahad Employment Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or recruitment advisory services. Sourcing services are provided to assist overseas employers and candidates, but final visa approval, deployment scheduling, and employment terms rest exclusively with the relevant government ministries and employers.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
