What is your process for supplying ship crew?

Are you a licensed manning agency in India?
Yes, we are an RPSL (Recruitment and Placement Service License) holder registered with the Directorate General of Shipping, Government of India. All our recruitments comply with MLC 2006 and Indian emigration regulations.
What certifications do your seafarers have?
All our officers hold valid COC (Certificate of Competency) issued by DG Shipping India or equivalent flag state. STCW certificates including BST, AFF, PSCRB, MFA are verified. Additional certifications like tanker endorsements, DP certificates, and high voltage are verified as per vessel requirements.
Do you supply crew for tankers and gas carriers?
Yes, we supply crew for all vessel types including oil tankers, chemical tankers, and LNG/LPG carriers. All tanker crew hold valid tanker endorsements (oil, chemical, or gas) as per STCW requirements.
What is your replacement policy?
We provide free replacement within 90 days if a seafarer leaves or is found unsuitable for reasons covered under our agreement. Our retention rate exceeds 95% due to rigorous pre-screening.
Can you handle urgent crew requirements?
Yes, for urgent requirements we can mobilize crew within 48-72 hours for standard ranks if candidates are available in our ready pool. We maintain a database of immediately available seafarers for quick deployment.
Do you provide pre-joining documentation?
We handle complete pre-joining documentation including medical fitness (PEME), flag state endorsements, visa coordination, travel arrangements, and joining port logistics. All documents are verified and compiled before departure.
What vessel flags do you supply crew for?
We supply crew for all major flag states including Panama, Liberia, Marshall Islands, Singapore, Malta, Bahamas, Hong Kong, and others. We coordinate flag state endorsements and COC recognition as required.
