BAKERY & PASTRY CHEF

Role Overview

We are actively recruiting pre-vetted, trade-tested BAKERY & PASTRY CHEF professionals for deployment to Saudi Arabia. Candidates will undergo evaluation, including practical trade tests in India before deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare balanced, hygienic bulk meals adhering to corporate catering and dietary standards.
• Enforce stringent Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) and food safety practices.
• Maintain strict cleanliness, sanitation, and temperature logs across cooking and storage areas.
• Manage dry and cold inventory, minimize wastage, and adhere to FIFO storage principles.
• Coordinate meal service times and maintain industrial kitchen equipment in peak hygiene.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in the relevant trade.
• Prior overseas work experience is preferred where relevant.
• Valid passport and deployment documents are required.
• Must clear practical trade testing and medical checks where applicable.
