All international recruitment, visa processing, and emigration clearances are legally handled through our authorized partner, Taj HR Services (License No: B-3252/DEL/PER/1000+/5/11251/2025), approved by the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India.
2. No Registration Fees
We do not charge registration fees from candidates. Service charges, if applicable, are only levied after the candidate receives a valid Offer Letter and Employment Visa, and are within limits prescribed by the Emigration Act, 1983.
3. Candidate Obligations
Candidates must provide accurate and complete information during the recruitment process. Submission of false or misleading information may result in immediate disqualification and cancellation of any pending applications.
4. Employment Disclaimer
While we strive to match every candidate with suitable opportunities, engagement with our services does not guarantee employment. Final hiring decisions rest with the employer.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Mahad Employment Services and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
Mahad Employment Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid by the candidate for the specific service in question.
