Refund Policy

At Mahad Manpower, we strive to provide the best service to our candidates. Please read our refund policy carefully.

1. Registration Fees

The initial registration fee is generally non-refundable as it covers administrative costs, document verification, and initial processing.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional cases:

• If we are unable to arrange any interviews within the promised timeframe (3 months for Standard, 1 month for Premium).
• If there is a duplicate payment made by error.

3. Processing

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support email. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.
