What welding certifications do your welders hold?
Our welders hold certifications including: ASME Section IX (pressure vessels and piping), AWS D1.1 (structural steel), API 1104 (pipeline welding), ISO 9606 (international qualification), and EN 287. Many welders are also pre-approved by ARAMCO, ADNOC, Shell, and Total. Certifications are verified through testing authorities and can be re-certified in destination country if required. We maintain detailed welder qualification records (WQR) for each welder.
Can you provide 6G certified pipe welders?
Yes, 6G pipe welders are our specialty. We have 2,000+ welders certified in 6G position (pipe fixed at 45? angle - the most difficult position). Our 6G welders are qualified in SMAW, TIG, or combo processes on various materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, chrome moly, and duplex. Many have worked on major oil & gas projects including ARAMCO refineries, ADNOC offshore platforms, and Qatar LNG facilities.
How do you test welders before deployment?
Every welder undergoes our 4-stage testing: (1) Written test on welding theory, symbols, and safety, (2) Practical welding test in required positions and processes, (3) Visual inspection of test coupons by certified welding inspector (CWI), (4) NDT (radiography or UT) on critical welds. Only welders who pass all stages with minimum 95% acceptance rate are shortlisted. We can arrange testing to your specific WPS requirements.
What materials can your welders work with?
Our welders are experienced with: carbon steel (most common), low alloy steel, stainless steel (304, 316, 321), duplex and super duplex stainless, chrome moly (P11, P22, P91), Inconel and nickel alloys, aluminum and aluminum alloys, copper and copper alloys. For exotic materials, we source specialist welders with proven experience and valid certifications on those specific materials.

Can you provide welders for shutdown/turnaround projects?
Yes, shutdown and turnaround projects are our forte. We can mobilize 50-500 welders within 2-3 weeks for planned shutdowns. Our welders understand the high-pressure, 24/7 nature of shutdown work and are experienced in quick mobilization, extended shifts, and quality-first approach. We have successfully supplied welders for ARAMCO turnarounds, ADNOC shutdowns, and KNPC revamps.
Do you provide pipe fitters along with welders?
Yes, pipe fitters are essential partners to pipe welders. We supply experienced pipe fitters who can read isometric drawings, perform layout and fit-up, and prepare joints for welding. Many of our fitters are also qualified welders (fitter-welders). For piping projects, we recommend a fitter-to-welder ratio of 1:1 or 2:1 depending on complexity. Fitters are sourced from the same industrial hubs as our welders.
How quickly can you deploy welders for urgent projects?
For urgent requirements: from our ready pool with valid certifications, we can deploy within 10-15 days. Standard deployment takes 30-35 days including testing and certification. For large-scale mobilization (100+ welders), we can start deployment from week 2 with batches arriving every few days.
