Frequently Asked Questions

What rigging certifications do your workers have?

Our riggers hold certifications including LEEA (Lifting Equipment Engineers Association), NCCCO (National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators) rigging, OPITO for offshore operations, and manufacturer certifications. Many have ARAMCO, ADNOC, or QP approved training with valid competency cards.

What types of rigging operations can your workers handle?

Our riggers are trained for crane rigging, heavy lift operations, load calculations, wire rope and chain sling work, spreader bar operations, multi-crane lifts, blind lifts, and tandem lifts. They can work with mobile cranes, tower cranes, overhead cranes, and specialized lifting equipment.

Do you supply riggers for offshore projects?

Yes, we supply OPITO certified riggers for offshore platforms, FPSOs, and marine vessels. They have completed Minimum Industry Safety Training (MIST), helicopter underwater escape training (HUET), and offshore medical requirements. Many have existing offshore experience in the Gulf.

Can riggers also operate as banksman/signalman?

Yes, most of our riggers are also trained as banksmen/signalmen for crane operations. They understand international hand signals, radio communication protocols, and safe lifting zones. Combined rigging and banksman competency is standard for our industrial riggers.

What salaries do riggers expect in Gulf?

Basic Rigger: 1,800-2,500 AED, Rigger Level 2: 2,500-3,500 AED, Senior Rigger: 3,500-4,500 AED, Rigging Supervisor: 5,000-8,000 AED. Offshore positions attract 30-50% premium. Most packages include accommodation, transport, and overtime at industrial rates.
