What welding certifications do your welders have?
Our welders hold certifications according to ASME Section IX, AWS D1.1 (Structural), AWS D1.5 (Bridge), and API 1104 (Pipeline). Most are qualified in 6G position for pipe welding. We can arrange specific WPS qualifications based on your project requirements and provide fresh certificates.
What welding processes can your welders perform?
Our welders are skilled in SMAW (Stick), GTAW/TIG, GMAW/MIG, FCAW (Flux Core), SAW (Submerged Arc), and combinations for root/fill/cap passes. We have specialists for carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex, and exotic alloys including Inconel and Hastelloy.

How do you verify welder qualifications?
We conduct practical welding tests at our affiliated testing centers to verify skills. Tests include 6G pipe welding, visual inspection, and destructive/non-destructive testing where required. All certificates are verified from issuing authorities. We can arrange client-witnessed tests if needed.
What salaries do welders expect in Gulf?
3G Welder: 1,500-2,000 AED, 6G Welder: 2,000-3,000 AED, TIG Welder: 2,500-4,000 AED, Combo Welder (TIG+SMAW): 3,000-4,500 AED, Welder Foreman: 5,000-8,000 AED. Oil & gas projects pay higher with full benefits. Offshore welders earn 30-50% premium.
