Certified Welding Manpower for Gulf Industries

Welding is the most critical trade in oil & gas, petrochemical, and heavy fabrication industries. The integrity of every pipe joint, structural connection, and pressure vessel depends on welder skill and certification. In the Gulf's stringent industrial environment, only properly certified welders can work on critical systems.

India produces thousands of certified welders every year through ITIs, private training centers, and on-the-job apprenticeships. Mahad Manpower connects you with welders who have passed 6G pipe tests, ASME qualifications, and client-specific trade assessments. Our welders achieve 95%+ radiographic pass rates on Gulf projects.

Why Indian Welders Excel

  • Rigorous Training: ITI welding courses with practical focus
  • Code Compliance: Trained to ASME, AWS, and API standards
  • Multi-Process Skills: Versatile across SMAW, TIG, MIG
  • Quality Mindset: Understand RT/UT acceptance criteria
  • Gulf Experience: Many have prior Middle East exposure

Frequently Asked Questions

What welding certifications do your welders have?

Our welders hold certifications according to ASME Section IX, AWS D1.1 (Structural), AWS D1.5 (Bridge), and API 1104 (Pipeline). Most are qualified in 6G position for pipe welding. We can arrange specific WPS qualifications based on your project requirements and provide fresh certificates.

What welding processes can your welders perform?

Our welders are skilled in SMAW (Stick), GTAW/TIG, GMAW/MIG, FCAW (Flux Core), SAW (Submerged Arc), and combinations for root/fill/cap passes. We have specialists for carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex, and exotic alloys including Inconel and Hastelloy.

Can you supply welders for ARAMCO/ADNOC projects?

Yes, we regularly supply welders who have passed ARAMCO and ADNOC specific trade tests. Our welders understand the strict quality requirements, radiographic testing standards, and safety protocols of national oil company projects. Many have existing ARAMCO/ADNOC approval numbers.

How do you verify welder qualifications?

We conduct practical welding tests at our affiliated testing centers to verify skills. Tests include 6G pipe welding, visual inspection, and destructive/non-destructive testing where required. All certificates are verified from issuing authorities. We can arrange client-witnessed tests if needed.

What salaries do welders expect in Gulf?

3G Welder: 1,500-2,000 AED, 6G Welder: 2,000-3,000 AED, TIG Welder: 2,500-4,000 AED, Combo Welder (TIG+SMAW): 3,000-4,500 AED, Welder Foreman: 5,000-8,000 AED. Oil & gas projects pay higher with full benefits. Offshore welders earn 30-50% premium.
