Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. No Registration Fees

Mahad Employment Services is committed to ethical recruitment practices. We believe no candidate should pay fees simply to be registered or considered for a position. Our revenue model is based on employer-paid recruitment, ensuring candidates are protected.

2. Service Charges

Service charges, if applicable, are only levied under the following conditions:

• Candidate has received a valid Offer Letter from a verified employer
• Candidate has received a valid Employment Visa
• All charges are documented with official receipts
• Charges are within limits prescribed by the Emigration Act, 1983

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be provided in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payment made in error
• Technical error resulting in overcharge
• Service not rendered due to company's inability to process
• Employer cancels the position after service charges were collected
• Visa rejection due to employer-side issues

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

• Candidate voluntarily withdraws after visa issuance
• Candidate provides false or misleading information
• Visa rejection due to candidate's background or documentation issues
• Candidate fails medical examination

5. Cancellation Process

To request a cancellation or refund:

1. Email us at info@mahadmanpowers.co.in
2. Include your candidate ID, payment receipt, and reason for cancellation
3. Our team will review and respond within 5-7 business days
4. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method. For bank transfers, refunds will be made to the account from which payment was received.

7. Legal Compliance

All recruitment and financial practices comply with the Emigration Act, 1983 and guidelines issued by the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India. International recruitment is processed through our authorized partner, Taj HR Services (License No: B-3252/DEL/PER/1000+/5/11251/2025).
