Documents UAE Employers Need
To hire workers from India, UAE employers must provide the following documents. We handle all coordination, but these must be in place before recruitment begins.

2. MOHRE Establishment Card
- •Ministry of Human Resources registration
- •Shows company's quota eligibility
- •Required for labor approvals
3. Demand Letter / Job Order
- •Official requirement on company letterhead
- •Specifies: job titles, number of workers, salaries, contract duration
- •Signed and stamped by authorized signatory
4. Power of Attorney (if applicable)
- •If using a PRO or authorized representative
- •Notarized document
5. Employment Contract
- •Arabic/English bilingual format
- •MOHRE-approved template recommended
- •Clear salary, benefits, and terms
6. Company Immigration Card
- •For visa processing
- •Shows sponsor details

1. Valid Passport
- •Minimum 6 months validity from travel date
- •Minimum 2 blank pages for visa
2. GAMCA Medical Certificate
- •From approved GAMCA center in India
- •Valid for specific destination country
3. Educational Certificates

5. Police Clearance Certificate
