Frequently Asked Questions: Hiring Manpower for UAE

Q1.Can we start recruitment before all documents are ready?

We can begin candidate shortlisting while documents are being prepared, but formal processing (medical, eMigrate) cannot start until employer documents are verified.

Q2.What if our trade license is about to expire?

Trade license must be valid throughout the recruitment process. If renewal is pending, we recommend waiting for the renewed license to avoid delays.

Q3.Do you help with document preparation?

Yes, we provide guidance on all document requirements and help ensure contracts meet MOHRE standards. However, the employer must provide the original company documents.
